For Restaurant Partners

| Deliver hours |
At this stage we are operating from 5 PM to 10:30 PM from Monday to Sunday. Delivery hours will be extended from 10 AM to 10:30 PM from Monday to Sunday in near future. |
- Restaurant Partners must charge customers the exact delivery fees determined by the Deliver2Me calculator. Any variation of these charges will result in service suspension. Delivery fee must be added to the customer’s final order and be charged by the Restaurant Partner.
- Any order cancellation must be made ASAP, by phone and before arrival for pickup.
- Restaurant Partners must enter accurate pickup times — within 5 minutes.
- Riders will take a photo of order receipts as proof of pick-up and for our records.
- Deliver2Me is happy to follow special delivery instructions adding no more than 5 minutes to on-site time. Entry via restricted access (a concierge or security) or in large complexes should have a nearest accessible entrance meeting point specified in delivery instructions.
- The maximum waiting time to deliver the food after arriving at the delivery address is 5 minutes after which we reserve the right to abandon the delivery without refund.
- All goods are carried at the Restaurant Partner’s risk. Deliver2Me will not compensate for lost or damaged meals (Except in the unlikely case of willful loss by rider).
- In case of force majeure such as an accident or breakdown, Deliver2Me may reassign delivery to complete the delivery service, assuming the food still intact. If food is damaged due to accident, we may assign another driver to pick up a replacement meal at no extra cost, however Deliver2Me will not bear the cost of replacing a meal.
- Our riders can only cancel a delivery in case of accident; breakdown or customer-incurred delay of over 5 minutes. In such cases riders may not retain such meals without restaurant approval. In such cases Restaurant Partners may either:
- Have food returned at a flat rate of $5 OR
- Authorize the rider to retain or dispose of the food.
- Deliver2Me operating hours are 5:00 PM – 10:30 PM. Any order placed outside of these working hours will be automatically declined.
- Deliver2Me will use its best efforts to maintain full service. In the event of extra high demand or rider shortages our platform will briefly decline orders.
- Deliver2Me will invoice the Restaurant Partner for all orders on a weekly basis. Payment terms are 7 days from the Invoice. Accounts are to be paid in full without deductions.
- Failure to pay any account by due date will see suspension of delivery service full payment. Legal actions to recover any outstanding amount may be initiated within 7 days of default.
For Delivery Partners

- You will be paid on a weekly basis
- You will operate as self-employed Independent Contractor.
- You will be responsible for your own tax, mileage and vehicle running costs.
- You may choose shifts to suit your lifestyle.
- You must have a reliable scooter
- You must have a smartphone, with enough credit for initiating calls and text messages via your service provider capable of contacting customer directly if needed.
- If using your own vehicle and insulated backpack Delivery2Me will charge 15% from your weekly earnings. If using a vehicle, backpack and helmet provided by Delivery2Me, we will charge 35% from your weekly earnings.
- You may only cancel an order if:
- A customer delays you more than 5 minutes after arrival.
- An accident or mechanic breakdown. In such cases we can reassign the delivery to another rider who will collect the food from you and complete delivery service if the food still in intact. In such cases the delivery fee goes to the rider who completed the delivery
- In an event of cancelation, riders may not retain, or dispose of food without the restaurant approval. You must notify the cancelation to our center and wait for a determination of either:
- Return the order back to the restaurant for a flat rate of $5.
- Retention or disposal of food as authorized by the restaurant.
- On arrival, you will alert the customer by phone call or text message and remind them of the maximum waiting time.
- Deliver2Me accepts special delivery instructions requiring no longer than 5 minutes on-site time and no unnecessary risk such as parking at risk of being fine and/or tow. Special instructions such as for negotiating restricted access or navigating large complexes will specify the nearest accessible entrance.
- You will not accept any delivery if your battery is below 20%
