How does pricing work?
Pricing for Restaurant Partners
$2 per delivery, regardless of the order price. It’s that simple!
Delivery fee
Your client’s delivery fee is calculated using base fees of $2.50 for pickup and $2.50 for drop off plus a distance fare of $1.50 per kilometer of the fastest route from your venue to your customer.
e.g. Total distance estimated to your client’s delivery address: 2 km away:

How will I request a delivery?
1. Login into your online account
2. Enter your customer’s address to obtain the total delivery fee which is calculated by distance
3. Once your customer accepts the fee, enter their details
4. Add the delivery fee amount to your final order price
5. A Deliver2Me rider will pick up and deliver to your customer
6. We invoice you on a weekly basis

How the $2 flat rate per delivery works?
Several new food delivery platforms have launched recently. However, all of them have something in common; they are selling your own (products, food, menu) and slashing a large percentage of your tight margins.
A well-known food ecommerce platform charges you 13% for a customer pickup, 16% for delivery by your staff and a staggering 35% via their own delivery partners.

- At 13%, you will have paid $42.25 for nothing and your customers still have to pick-up themselves. That’s unrealistic and doesn’t meet customer expectations of delivery.
